Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During sale periods or public holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and most countries in Europe and Asia. If you cannot complete checkout for your address, please contact us.

Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping (where available): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the options available. Promotional free shipping, when offered, applies to standard shipping only.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable. We are not able to mark orders as gifts or under-declare value.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

Please allow the full delivery estimate to pass, then contact us at [email protected] with your order number. For parcels confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
